基于相互作用原理的深厚富含水基岩冻结立井井壁设计

Design of freezing shaft lining in deep water rich surrounding rock based on interaction principle

摘要: 以基于围岩、井壁、水相互作用原理的包神公式为依据,在综合分析井筒穿过岩层的物理力学性质、涌水量和水压等因素后,确定合理的冻结深度和井壁结构形式。对井壁厚度、竖向分段及井壁支护材料进行合理设计,并与拉卖公式计算结果进行对比,为西部深厚富含水基岩类似地层的冻结立井井壁设计提供参考。

Abstract: Baoshen formula is based on the interaction principle between the surrounding rock,lining,and water. Through the comprehensive analysis of physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rocks, water inflow , water pressure and other factors, the freezing depth and lining structure were identified. The thickness of shaft lining , the vertical section and supporting materials were confirmed in design, and compared with the calculation results of lamech formula.It provide reference for the design of freezing shaft lining in deep water rich surrounding rock.
